During this time he has gained intense knowledge of all aspects of GOOD, SOUND credit principles, ranging from Sales Ledger Reconciliations through to Risk Assessment, Control and Collection of outstanding debtors.

A Member of the Institute of Credit Management for over 18 years his approach centres on a professional and courteous manner that motivates staff and debtors alike, producing positive results.

To Carl the client relationship is the primary factor in order to achieve full effectiveness.
